A 10 week parenting course based on the nurturing programme for parents and carers of children aged 3-13 years. Training offered to schools to enable them to run the nurturing programme for children in school during "circle time"
The course is free for parents with a free creche. A charge of £20 covers the cost of parenting puzzle handbook and course materials.
A variety of programmes for adults/parents/carers, parenting programmes, parent support groups, Learndirect, Information and Advice service on career and education opportunities, Health Trainers who give confidential one-to-one support on health and well being. Drop in to Coffee Pot (Longmeadow centre- Tuesday mornings) and /or Tea Pot (King Arthurs Hall-Thursday mornings) during term time to find out more about what we do.

This is a personal development course which gives participants the skills and tools needed to move their life forward in a a positive, confident way.This course is currently free to Hampshire residents. Contact Times are: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.00am - 2.00pm
This is a support group run by Health Visitors for parents with children under 5 years of age who have sleeping difficulties.
This is a free but very busy service where a waiting list operates. Parents are able to bring their children to the group but numbers are limited.
The CIS provide a whole range of information about childcare, early education and family support.
The Parent Partnership Service provides impartial advice, information and support to parents/carers of children and young people with special educational needs throughout Hampshire. This is a free service and is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. An answerphone is available out of hours,
Home-Start is a charity that offers support for families who have a child under the age of 5 experiencing difficulties. These may be due to health problems, multiple births, isolation or physical and emotional problems being experienced by the parents or children.
The Andover and district scheme currently receives referrals from the Alamein and St Mary's Wards. Over the coming months, the scheme will cover the whole of Andover and the surrounding villages.
